If it ended at S2, it would have been kino. Ending it with a neo-9/11, having Brody be seen by the nation as a terrorist (for an attack he didn't commit) and Carrie the one who actually believes him would have been a perfect full-circle ending.

S3 was so fucking bad, and it only got worse and worse

season 4 isn't that bad

season 6 is turning out ok . it's not like there's tons of good things on
