Putin is a fascist of the worst order who is the de facto richest man in the world because he's been ripping off his own country for private gain for the last seventeen years or so. Trump is sucking him off so often because at best he's in love with the idea of running your own country into the ground at a massive profit (while destroying democracy in the process) or at worst because he's compromised.
