It's mainly tragi-drama with lots of tearful scenes and ending is poignantly sad like many chick flicks. It reminds me of the ending of Titanic where Jack dies and girl has to live on and lots of tears for characters and audience in last 10 minutes.

I didn't care for most of the MCU movies over the past ten years or so, but I do remember liking Ironman to a certain extent. The last one I remember thoroughly enjoying was probably Days of Future Past, but even parts of that I didn't care for.

The western vibe worked for this movie, but of course your gonna have people that are burnt out by all the other shitty/bland superhero movies, and who could give less than two fucks if the movie was good or not.

Logan was good, probably on par with Dark Knight (though, I thought that movie dragged in parts as well, but overall well done). Logan just had an underwhelming third act, especially when compared to the previous two.
