This was really good and well acted. Restored my faith in Korean cinema after watching that overrated piece of shit "The Wailing."

You should check The Handmaiden.
Pure korean dog eating kino
Every "movie expert" on this board and reddit only watch edgy hardcore shit. No one watching rom-coms or feel good movies. Which are the best.

Low quality bait

No bait is pretending that Thirst is good. While ignoring movies like Lee Dae-ro Can't Die.

>not calling it Seoul Train
fuck off Korea
7,5/10 this restored my faith in korea movie too
I thought it was pretty shitty. Stick with the cheap CG, worst Korea.

I thought The Wailing was phenomenal. Its the only Korean film I've seen, will I like this?
>>80142278
Only if you approach it with the same expectations of a blockbuster film. TTB and The Wailing are two very different movies.
I watched Train to Busan last night and was really impressed, it was very well directed and was engaging at every point. I was expecting critical acclaim and was displeased to find some critic called it "sniwpiercer with zombies".
I also watched The Wailing recently, despite the fact it is ridiculously long - there werent many moments where the immersion broke for me, it was well paced with enough story development and twists that you still feel shocked despite suspecting parts of the ending.
Both are 9/10 movies, better than anything I've seen recently
(Apart from Bone Tomahawk)

Why didn't he open a door an teleported to safety? why didn't he use his telekinetic powers?
