No. In the comics, the trade off with not having a full metal skeleton is that her healing powers are much stronger/faster than Logan's, because a bunch of her power isn't devoted 24/7 to healing internal poisoning throughout her entire body like Logan's is.

The downside being she needs that extra healing power because she's a lot more vulnerable and easier to (temporarily) incapacitate.

Like she can heal from having every bone in her body shattered within minutes, but you couldn't do that to Logan in the first place so he's still ahead even though he heals slower.

Artificial insemination isn't the same thing as cloning; if Logan's sperm was used to inpregnate, it's the former. If they used other cells and cloning technology, it's the latter. She'd be his daughter either way though.

It's not too far off from Terry McGinnis in that one JLU episode. Amanda Waller used cloning technology to create Terry (and his brother, incidentally), but he was still a natural born human.

To be fair, in the Movie's adaptation she is never referred to as a clone, if I recall correctly. They used Logan's genetic material to fertilize an egg that was either from a Mexican Girl or both the egg and Logan's genetic material came from another outside source. I don't know exactly how it goes in the comics but X-23 isn't a clone by any stretch in the movie's continuity. Either way since the actress is Half British and Spanish, I think we can assume that she is well Canadian and Mexican give their parents(Logan and Random Mexican Lady).
