Watched the first 3 episodes so far and it just doesn't really click for me. I mean i'm really interested in the events surrounding the crew and even Tom Janes character is great but every time they start going on about the larger conflict between earth, mars and belt i find myself turning up the playback speed. I just don't care and now i wonder if it gets any more interesting or if i should just drop it.

They belong to Mao-Kwikowski (parent company of Protogen) and were built on the Moon. They are special because they can hide from and sneak attack ships of both of the large navies (UNN and MCRN). Not many were built though, the Roci crew nuked the Anubis and destroyed 1 or 2 more when they attacked Thoth Station (place were Protogen was monitoring Eros from). So there aren't many more out there.

Why does this show continually screw up spaceship g forces?

Speed doesn't fuck you up, quick acceleration does. Yet everytime they say we are pulling too many g's they slow down to stop it.

Also humans can only take so much acceleration. The numbers are well known. It would be easy to have a light acceleration, medium, severe setting. There is no going above severe because you die. Their liquid injections withstanding.
