Literally no opinion is better than another one, objectively--people simply prefer one opinion to its alternatives because the results of one opinion make them feel (*emotionally*) good, whereas the results of the other opinion have the opposite effect. Everything outside of math and science is ultimately subjective and emotional, with only a veneer of facts and logic at best.

e.g., it's impossible to "prove" that one tax policy is better than others--it's just that some people will prefer (subjectively/emotionally) the effects of one, and others will prefer the effects of another tax policy, etc. And this goes for every other political and moral issue, not matter how controversial, important or trivial.
