It's binary, either the critic """likes it""" or they """don't like it""". So a 90% doesn't mean it's a fantastic movie, it simply means 90% of all critics who reviewed it liked it.

Imagine being an American and having to be all like "damn, Donald, you fuckin' presidential, all diplomatic with your isolationist policies and costly, ineffective border wall.
