Yes star trek aliens with a slightly different forehead prosthetic every week are so much better.

You just need to face the facts that aliens are hard to depict convincingly and even if they did exist irl they'd still be basically humanoid.

But that's what I'm saying anon. It's like there are two primary types of Star Wars alien designs: humanoid ones like what you're describing, or ones that look completely weird and non-human at all. Both I think are equally retarded looking.
