That's the problem with editing it looks and sounds easy but, it's a long tedious grind where people can quickly lose focus. The natural progression of flow is very important that can make or break a film. I have some friends who are amateur film makers and even with those crappy short films it's takes skill, talent, a keen eye, and determination. When a studio doesn't care editing is the first and most important casualty
