I think a lot of you believe that these complex decisions are carried out by one or two people. Fast and Furious had a team of people responsible both competent or not. I understand the logic behind Fast and Furious and while I don't outright disagree with it, I hardly see how this is comparable to other more explicit examples of scandals. A lot of your "outrage" seems like you just want to build a false equivalence to make Obama seem just as bad. Fast and Furious and an increased drone strike program are the only two things that really come to mind. I've criticized him for both but I still overall agree that he had a pretty tame 2 terms when it comes to "le scandals". The drone program is more like a debate on technology, oversight and accountability with the military rather than a scandal.

Fast and Furious was an approved operation...it wasn't illegal, to my knowledge. It was a government authorized operation. A scandal would be something more in line with Watergate, or Trump's alleged offshore funds in Russian banks (if there is any truth to that). You know, breaches of actual federal laws.

He should have gotten more criticism over things like PRISM and drones but for some reason people don't care.

Oh also he killed a US citizen with a drone, effectively executing him without trial but said it was ok because he was an "enemy combatant". You know if Bush did that liberals would have lost their shit but it was hardly talked about with Obama, to be fair republicans didn't raise much issue over it either since they love the drones and surveillance too but it's a fucked up and dangerous precedent and something people should care about.
