No OP's concept is brilliant because it can do whatever it wants too. So for Kilmer, you need to have a Batman who gave up, who didn't make it. He's a broken Batman who just stayed Bruce Wayne after he allowed Robin to die and it killed his soul and he left being a superhero behind for good. So he just ate the pain away.

Adam West is the Leonard Nimoy who tells Ben Affleck's Batman how to defeat the super badguy, he came from a universe that was eaten and dimension shifted to Afflecks timeline.

So Affleck goes through this dimensional quest with the help of The Flash to find the truth about himself so that he can discover how to get over losing the entire rest of the Justice League to the forces of evil.

For example little things could be added to the lore like perhaps Keaton killed Joker so he could be reincarnated in the timeline that Bale existed in so that Joker could give Batman a message. Because thats a thing, don't bother me I'm just riffing.

Clooney is the version of Bruce Wayne who got addicted to being Batman and died with a wife and kids. Affleck needs to save him.

Conroy voices all of the interdimensional Batman's before they become flesh and there is an animated sequence directed by Paul Dini.

Affleck is The Last Batman, the new film changes titles from The Batman to The Last Batman.

Christopher Nolan returns to direct his quantum opus.
