Honestly, I got MPCBE+MadVR+Xysubfilter, but when playing it at 1.3X speed...it raised the pitch of the audio.
Then I got MPCHC+MadVR+Xysubfilter which would play at 1.3 without raising the pitch, but wouldn't play Hevc.

I got so fucking angry, because all I wanted was a GPU power video player that would work that I now just use MPV for everything.
It does everything, you just need to have the subs be automatically recognizable...it's the one thing it could improve on, loading external subs.

Also, the black values are really good in MPV.
