Not that anon, but Come and See is truly and intentionally propaganda. Don't think this diminishes its value; I would argue that the opposite is true.

Come and See captures a sensation of holy terror and unavoidable dread that no other 'war' film has quite been able to grasp. All events depicted are based on a real event, and the only thing that makes their composition propagandist is the sequence depicted. The movie ramps up from tedious rural life in Northeast Europe to literally everything that the protagonist knows and understands being obliterated.
