If you're anywhere near healthy, you ought to be able to stand up in your seat, stretch for a couple seconds, and be able to walk normally.

i get up a few times during the movie and pace around down in front of the screen. that way i dont have to leave the theater and miss any important plot developments in my capekino.

my balance goes a bit wobbly after a long movie, feel a bit floaty and wobbly walking out of the theatre.

I remember when i left the cinema once with one of my ex's some guy started to puke right after we went outside

my problem is that im so excited to see the movie i always trip going up the stairs.
everyone laughs, i get up, pretend it didnt happen, dust off my anvil and shuffle away to my kino hammock.

If you think tactically you can find ways around the crowd. Everyone goes in a straight line for the exit but if you take an outside aisle where no one is walking you can power walk around the crowd. or just get out of your seat faster than everyone else.
