QOTD: what is your favourite extra/special feature for a film?

Disappointed by how bad Westworld is. The concept of that film was right up my alley.
Drunken Angel was good, far from the best Kurosawa film Ive seen though.
Hacksaw Ridge and Jackie were great. I want to see Gibson direct more and I hope Portman gets the oscar for Jackie.

>>78917068

La La land was basically Hollywood jerking itself off for 2 hours
>>78917437
>still gives it a 7/10

Yeah, yeah, this is a 'criticism' for many.
What's the problem with jerking off?
>>78917486
>2 1/2
if only
>>78917463
It was an enjoyable time. It is really more of a 3 but sometimes you feel generous. I don't think it at all will hold up on a rewatch. So i will never watch it again
>>78917595
idk I just think it makes me sound cool, please don't break through my shallow barriers and realize I've only seen 300 films my entire life
>>78917583
ikr Edge of Seventeen is clearly 5 stars
downloading this Teshigahara boxset was the best decision i could've made
too bad it's prohibitively expensive on the secondary market
maybe Criterion will do another run in the future. finger's crossed.

I saw The Face of Another in the theatre in, I think, 2006 and remember literally nothing about it, not even a single shot.
>>78918690

I love Dustin Hopper, both as an actor and director, but it just didn't vibe me that much.
No qualms about all the love it gets.

stop orbiting amaranth, pathetic beta male
>>78921344
If Amaranth were a movie, Edgar Cochran would give her a 100/100
If Amaranth were a director, she'd be Federico Fellini
If Amaranth were a country of film, she'd be Italy
If Amaranth were a style of filmmaking, she'd be French New Wave
If Amaranth were anymore perfect, she'd be Amaranth

Do you mean like on a DVD? If you mean that then this is my favorite deleted scene from a film.

Jackie was more of a Natalie Portman film than a Jackie Kennedy film. If you're going for new info or new insight into the Kennedys you'd be disappointed but Portman does deserve the Oscar.
