If one of your top priorities is safety, I'd say Croatia and Georgia. The rest of them have some serious issues these days you have to keep in mind.

For example:
Turkey has a power-hungry socialist for a president who declared war on: Change, Kurds and The Internet for Libel (he blocked all of Wikipedia recently).
Mali still has its little terrorist minority which permanently changed and destroyed The Dakar Tour.
Lebanon is still suffering from Syrian spillovers and frequent attacks in the cities.
India is unstable these days due to the rising debts and poverty. And the government corruption is almost as bad as the Philippines these days.
Bangladesh is actually worse than India, the only pro is that they fixed their border disputes, but not the population density.

Bangladesh is meant to be pretty inhospitable. Visit Myanmar instead.
Lebanon & Georgia would be cool.
Turkish govt are bad.
Mali has questionable safety.
Croatia can always been done later on if you're European.

I am not sure mali is such a good, all the interesting stuff is in the north, but that part is still unstable (my brother is there right now, as a french soldier).

All the other countries are safe. I really loves bangladesh, never had a more authentic feel when traveling!

Turkey has one of the most welcoming people, they are all very social and are always happy to welcome foreigners in their part of the country.
