Trazodone and shot of vodka and you'll sleep like the dead. It works for me.

Benadryl and booze. When I was young and liked that sort of thing I flew stoned a few times, but weed makes me paranoid and sometimes physically uncomfortable, so I can't enjoy it anymore.

Booze just dehydrates you. Such a stupid thing to do on a long flight. By the time you arrive at your destination you are a wreck.

Half a benadryl when the plane takes off plus a pair of earplugs and you will be out like a light.

Just nab a bottle of water from some store prior to getting on the plane, also it's not like you can't ask for water on flights.

IMO 3-4 rum and cokes makes a flight nice and easy to sleep through
