Sup,
I'm in Quebec City (from Ontario) toady and tonight.
Stumbled upon some sort of Summer Festival which I did not know was even going on. Is it worth checking out? I can only go tonight, when is a good time to get there and is there booze? Is there a fee to get in?
Today I'm going to Old City and check out a museum, should I go to the Art one or the "Interactive" civilization museum?
Any suggestions would be great

The festival is an annual thing, pretty big names this year (Metallica, The Who, Gorillaz, Kendrick Lamar, etc)
There's booze and drugs everywhere, so it's hard to miss any
You should check out some pubs on Grand Allee, there's something for everyone
Avoid the Dagobert nightclub tho, it's full of underage and teenage girls (most of the time the guards don't even ask for ids) and you're gonna be deaf by the end of the day since the shitty loud dance music will rape your ears
If you have time, check out the Ste-Foy shopping malls, literally three big ass malls right next to each other (can't get any american than that)
