Take the Banff Gondola up Sulphur Mountain
Take the Jasper Tramway up Whistler Mountain
Go to Moraine Lake
Go to Lake Louise
Go to the Banff Hot Springs
Go to the Hot Springs historic site
Drive through Kootenay to Radium Hot Springs
Hike Marble Canyon
Hike Athabasca Falls and maybe Sunwapta Falls
If you're in Jasper anyway hike Malign Canyon and take a boat on Maligne Lake

We mostly went to Jasper a lot when I was a kid in Alberta, but I don't even remember any specific must dos. Camping, hiking, fishing, just hanging out with family basically. Going on a glacier was pretty cool. The parks are best in the winter though. The snow is beautiful, and winter is actually kind of scary. We passed a dozen cars stuck in the ditch driving home in the blizzard one night. So many great ski resorts and they were a lot cheaper than Whistler.
