Good shopping at the hotels. The hotels have really good buffet's too. Wicked spoon was probably the nicest one I went to imo.

If you want something very different, you can try the Machine gun shooting range on S highland Dr.

But really, my personal favorite is getting drunk shooting dice at the Bellagio. Find a good $10 table with a couple folks and just give the drinks lady $1 for every beer. I made $390 in 4 hours and got wasted lol.
