Yes. In a state that has legalized recreational use, you can buy it at a weed store if yiu can show ID that you are 21. It doesn't have to be a US ID, the point is your age. It's like buying a case of beer.

Currently traveling the US west coast. Any hipster or black guy has pot or can get you some in 5 minutes. One of my hostel roomates went out to find some and literally 5 mins later I saw him light one up in the parking lot. In general while stayin in hostels people will have some. One of the people I met bought some at a dispensary without a medical card simply because he had a passport on him, thus the owners wers convinced he wasnt a cop and sold him some (strong as fuck) weed.
