Could you spend a week in the Rhine area of Germany, e.g Dussedorf, Koln, Bonn etc?
What is there to do there?

It is summer now, so spend time at the quayside: https://youtu.be/sXH-GGGiec4
There is also a large park, where you can check out girls on a sunny day https://youtu.be/NGl9Q516n6s

you could spend a week in cologne if you're interested in Roman or Medieval history, churches or art in general.
Bonn is worth a day trip from cologne but its most interesting sight, the post-war history museum, will be closed for renovations until december.
Düsseldorf has some luxury shopping areas and an interesting japanese quarter. otherwise there isn't much to see there.

2 hours by train. Costs you ~20-30 euros.
You can also go through Wermelskirchen, the city of the biggest christmas tree in existence. The people usually celebrate it because of Stephan Audel, a local hero.
Where has the best nightlife near the Rhine?
