Cheers mate good luck, I'm planning to cycle Fin-Swe-Dk and back. (Mkli-Hki-Turku-Stockis-Cph-Århus-and-so-on, will go and meet up a friend in Uppsala on either side of the trip)

I totaly reccomend this Jutland route instead of the islands in Denmark. Train route through Sweden is best. Unless you love industrialized pine woods. Finland would be great by bike, too.
