I'm going to Perth in 2 weeks.
I checked the temperature and its around 20 degrees Celcius.
I live in a tropical country and have never experienced cold seasons.
What clothes do I wear in this kind of temperature?

No, it's fine.
Perth has pretty mild weather compared to other major cities in Australia. It typically won't get super cold (i.e. sub-10 degrees) and the summers aren't too bad either. You might get some 40+ days, but that's about it.
We're right in the middle of autumn at the moment so it's starting to cool down.
