Go eat at "Chez l'ami Jean", it's really good and not that expensive.
Then go to the Palais de Tokyo, there's usually a lot of interesting stuff going on there.
I recommend the Palais du Luxembourg too.
Montmartre is really touristy but pretty good.
Visit the cimetière du Père Lachaise, it's a nice park.

I can't really answer your questions about the summer because I'm new here as well but I can tell you that girls are pretty hot in this city, I guess it has to do with the fact that there are a bunch of unis so all of the EU qts like to hang around here while they finish their degree
