Are there any good, long "walks" in Europe besides the Camino de Santiago?

Plenty of things up north. Pilgrim's Route or Pilegrimsleden in Norway, Kungsleden in Sweden, Pirkan Taival in Finland, Nordkalottruta or Arctic Trail going through all three.
While you're hiking up there, where can I go to easily find a gf such as in your pic, with a good and honest character?
I've done a few of the GR trails in Spain and Italy. They're all beautiful, but some rely too heavily on dirt roads, and some are so badly marked you can't enjoy the experience because you're always wondering whether you've lost the trail.

Weird, that map doesn't include GR trails.
Best hike I've ever done was the GR11 in the Pyrenees. Didn't do the whole thing; that takes months.
My dream is to do the GR20 in Corsica which is supposed to be the toughest footpath in europe.
Pic is a village on the E3 trail in Cadiz province.

Hike the length of Hadrian's Wall. There are hostels and B&Bs along the length, and even services to port your crap to the next stop for you, if you don't feel like toting it.
Pic slightly related -- it's a farm wall parallel to Hadrian's Wall where sheep found the only bit of shade on a scorching hot day last time I was there.
I've been interested in the Blue National trail in Hungary.

Despite being small and crowded, UK has some pretty good walking. The classic is the Penine Way (http://www.nationaltrail.co.uk/pennine-way) and a full length walk of it is still a challenge. It also passes through some wonderful countryside.

OP should watch Julia Bradbury's Railway Walks and Wainwright Walks and what other walking tv she has done. Many episodes in Youtube. Amazing beautiful British countryside.

It's tough, don't get me wrong. But I did it (south-north) and I'm not all that fit. You should do it, anon. If you regularly hike, it's definitely possible.

That sound super comfy, except for the heat.
