Singapore and Dubai seem very aesthetic. Modern straight shapes of glass and steel. None of that old world ruin and decadence.
Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Tokyo

Never been to these places, but Shenzhen and Guangzhou never looked appealing to me at all. Shanghai is much more aesthetic, as is Hong Kong.
Paris wins aesthetics hands down famiglia.
Or, Florence.

Hong Kong doesn't really look like this
All the cool old decaying buildings are one and there are western shops and logos everywhere to ruin the asian visuals

I just googled both Shenzhen and Guangzhou, and wtf man, they're both aesthetic as fuck

Shenzhen airport aesthetic >>> every other airport for me. Very personal obviously.
They have plenty of nice buildings in Guangzhou.
I personally love Eastern Euro cities and Istanbul for their messy as fuck layout and skyline, and then Northern Italian ones for their...style.
But... yeah, Guangdong rules.

Tokyo was pretty cool for that. Lots of places like pic. I would imagine Hong Kong to also be great
Hong Kong is inedibly a e s t h e t i c from my experience. I took this picture at a YMCA somewhere in the New Territories.
