I've never used a service like Uber and Lyft, I'm wondering what is this boards experience with them since I might have to schedule one to pick me up.
I'm going to have some luggage so I need to know if they'll let me use their trunk and all.
When is the best time to beat Sunday Atlanta traffic?
Pros:
Cheaper than conventional taxis
Cons:
Driver's insurance policy may or may not cover you

Yes they let you use the trunk.
ive used uber about 6 times. its about 1/2 as expensive as a taxi service. the drivers are less likely to be mudslimes.

I have this feeling that taxi driver stereotypes are different in each region.
In some places, they're Muslim Arabs or Pakistanis. In other places, they're Hindu Indians. Where I live, they're Sikh Indians. If I'm not mistaken, they're usually Italian in New York.

In NYC it's mixed though Middle East guys usually drive. Also Africans.
It's basically a taxi
Cheaper and it'd nice to track their location and arrival on the app. You can also contact the driver via the app. Lyft wants drivers to be friendly, Uber drivers mostly don't talk. Airport drop-off is easy, but with arrivals you may have to go to a dedicated area (like a parking garage) for pickup. Uber's app will tell you if there's an usual requirement like that if you scroll down, but thats rare
