>Warsaw - 3 days
>Torun .5 or 1 day
>Gdansk - 2 days
>Berlin - 4 days
>Wroclaw - 1 day
Is this a good trip? How would you tweak it?
Spend more time in Wroclaw less in Warsaw.

Is there really that much to do in Wroclaw?
Warsaw doesn't deserve that much, Berlin can be bumped down to 3 or 2 and divert a day to Dresden or Leipzig, and if possible I would really recommend visiting Krakow.

Spend less time in Berlin
Does Potsdam make a good day trip from Berlin?
Is there a better alternative?

Yeah Potsdam is well worth seeing. Visit Sanssouci, check out the tomb of Old Fritz, pay your respects and leave some potatoes.
If you're into Nazi stuff consider a trip to Sachsenhausen concentration camp which is also close by the capital.

yeah, less Warsaw (honestly, one of the most boring places in Poland.) Krakow's good, Wrocław is definitely worth seing longer. Lublin could be cool to, if you're willing to go this far

God no
I'd skip the former German cities though, they feel kind of Disney-landish and mostly consist out of commietrash outside of the very city centre. For a more authentic experience of Poland, I'd head for Zamosc and Cracow
Go for a walk along vistula river in Warsaw (east side is better because there are nice paths - both are good though)

On the west side you can bump into more hippy restaurants and art displays nice place also.
