Visit Sevastopol' and Yalta. It is beautiful and sweet.

Ternopol. but only for a day or two (after that you realize its a shit hole).
there is great nature just outside the city (literal 20 mins walking) there is a lake where you can take a boat to look around.
there is a castel (small one)
decent restaurants.
and some good church architecture.
also it was a very important point during the Operation Barbarossa.

Uman (I highly recommend this as a day trip from Kyiv for Sofiyivsky Park if you want to bring a girl there)

I would personally recommend Dnipro and Kharkiv the least, but if you're near those cities I suppose you should check them out.
