Westchester anon here, i want to visit NYC for a day or two before Christmas any tips on where to get an airbnb while im there? Ive been to Manhattan/central park/chinatown plenty of times but i would like to see the rest of the city
Brooklyn is only a little bit worth going to and the rest of the boroughs are not worth it. For Christmas time I would honestly recommend Midtown or UES. If you're looking for those comfy vibes don't go south of Washington Square Park

You've gave the opposite of good advice
Brooklyn and Queens have tons of shit to do, I wouldn't even count out The Bronx. Brooklyn has really good nightlife now, in Williamsburg at least, plus Brooklyn and Queens have tons of great food. And all sorts of other shit to see.
I actually plan on going to some bars on Christmas Night in Lower Manhattan, I wonder how it will be.
Do you really have to get an airbnb? If you're only staying for a few days, just find a cheap hotel.

I would rather use an airbnb than a hotel thats 5x the price. Besides, I dont believe i could book a hotel anyway since im only 20.

So you're saying you can get airbnbs for 20 dollars a night?
And it shouldn't be that hard to book a hotel. Policies vary by hotel.
And since you're only staying for a day or two and live in Westchester, why even get a hotel?
