I went 3 times but did not hit too many bars. However the two that stuck in my mind The Cigar bar, it used to be a bank and all the cigars are kept in what was the old vault, now a atmospheric box to keep all the cigars humid or what ever that place was super cool. There is this bar my ex (a local) took me to by Charles Bridge, it was call the Golden Tree or something like that, loads of floors, cheesy as hell but fun. Check out the X club (cross club) thras where te scene is and had international DJs ad acts. If you want to know about museums and stuff I'm more helpful there.

Pivovarsky Dum is a pretty cool pub. They do a tasting platter thin with like 6 or 8 beers including banana, nettle and coffee.
U Fleku is their oldest brewery there, but it's also turned into a tourist spot. They will bring you shots and charge you for them if you take them.
Pivovar u Medvidku in a pretty small location, but pretty cool. I can't remember what I ordered there first, but it was the most delicious beer I've ever had. Ordered a honey beer next, and it was pretty overwhelming.
And thats basically Discover Prague's tour. Saved you like 35 USD.

Sedlec Ossuary is pretty cool if you still have time.
