Hypothetical question:
Say I created a travel app, I got a beta version and I made a crowdfunding page for it...
Would this be the right place to share it?
It's all hypothetical of course, and the answer is not on the sticky.

If you are expecting money from 4chan, prepare to be disappointed

Hypothetically, you should post your hypothetical spam on some hypothetical board with enough hypothetical traffic to make it worth your hypothetical time.

you should hypothetically kill yourself
any hypothetical mods should hypothetically ban this guy

Did this last week and got banned for it.
Was making a travel related website and was looking for a few testers, posted it here and boom.

Btw the ban was for advertising, though i thought that was a bit unfair because the product wasn't even finished...
Oh well, lesson learnt i guess. I still think it would have made some aspects of traveling easier.
OP here, not trying to rustle any jimmies or get banned. So I wont continue the topic. Sage away.
Thanks for the hypothetical advice.

Yeah, stuff that looks like spam here get's slapped down pretty hard sometimes.

I personally wouldn't pay for an app when Wikitravel and Tripadvisor are free, but different strokes for different blokes.
