Alright, I take it you can't fly to and from Israel for Arab countries. Got the same with Egypt

Largely correct. IIRC there is/was a Cairo-Tel Aviv flight but it was kept very hush-hush. As in, you had to go to the airport to get on because they didn't want people to know there was a connection.

Israeli here
You can fly to cairo and amman, and from there (especially amman) connect to dubai
Have fun

Have you ever wanted to visit some arab countries? What's the general Israelis' attitude to the boycott of Israel?

No wonder you're not getting any results, Jerusalem Airport (Qalandia/Atarot) is located in the West Bank under Israeli control and is only used for military purposes. It's been closed to civilian traffic since the second intifada, and is one of the major issues in the peace negotiations; Israel wants it as part of Jerusalem, but Palestine wants it, not only because of the Jerusalem issue, but also because it's the only viable airport in the West Bank.
Anyway, to get to Israel you need to fly into Tel Aviv, and both Amman and Cairo has flights to that city. For most other Arab cities, you need to take a connecting flight, the cheapest for your dates seem to be with Pegasus with a layover at Istanbul Sabiha Gökcen.

They don't like it obviously, some call for making it illegal, but i have no problems with it as it's a non-violent resistance movement that is perfectly legit

This.
You want TLV, Ben Gurion's airport in Lod. It's pretty much halfway between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem and is the only airport that matters.
