Yo. Here's Transnistria

Are we starting over or just continuing where we left off from? I've got plenty of pics but only from countries previously posted.

Since the picture limit is smaller than the amount of countries in the world, it would make sense to continue, no? If the autist who made the previous map is here, please update it. If not, I'll channel my powers of autism and try.
Here's an update

Shit, or anyone who has been to South Africa. Surely _someone_ on this board is there.

Nice!
>>1149684
You've got balls to be travelling there. Isn't that one of the most dangerous countries on the planet?
From transnistria. It is the parliament building. the statue in front is the presidents wife, lyubov smirnova.

No SAF yet? I have only a few pics in my phone and bat ones at that but here goes, taken from the train between CT and Jo'burg

Not him but I met a number of travelers who'd passed through El Salvador when I was in Nicaragua. Sounds like the deal there is the same in most every other Latin American country - you don't fuck with people, ask around if your area is safe after dark, and don't be a dumbfuck. Most of the murders and violence are gang members going after other gang members or personal enemies. Robbery is probably the biggest risk to foreign tourists.
I'd definitely go to El Salvador. However, I'd take extra precautions there even versus Nicaragua or Colombia.

Who the hell travels in 2016 and doesn't take hundreds of photos? Isn't that the whole point of modern travel?
>>1150412
I went on a 3 week, 5 country trip across asia last spring and took about 14 photos the whole time
Some people are more about just enjoying the trip rather than facebook bragging
>>1150412
Never been out of Europe myself, but hard-drive failure because I was too lazy to set up a Dropbox account. :(
>>1149142
That shit is unreal.
>>1150420
But, as you know, there are plenty of other reasons to take pictures while traveling. Don't be a penis unnecessarily.

Hainan should be in green since it's part of China

>t. Real Traveler (tm) (c)
I have about 15,000 photos from the past three years of traveling, of which about 40 has been shared on Facebook. I take photos as memories, and to show friends and family in private. I'm sure other people have different reasons to either take a fuckton of images or none, but don't think yourself as better than the rest of us just because you are so fucking "athentic".
>>1151166
Sorry you feel the need to justify your constant shoving a camera in people's faces. I only mentioned it because you seemed shocked at the idea that someone might DARE go on a trip without documenting his own bowel movements for future generations to marvel at.
>>1151193
Sigh, there's no point in arguing with people like you. I don't shove my camera in people's faces, in fact I mostly take landscape/cityscape/arctitechture photos and thus prefer them with as few people as possible, and I certainly never photograph my own shit. I don't get how you interpret my post as "shock" over your lack of photography (I even said it was okay!), I was merely pointing out that, contrary to what you were implying, not taking photographs of anything during your travels doesn't make you a better traveler than the rest of us. It's not me who's justifying my need here, it's you my friend.

>I don't get how you interpret my post as "shock"
Maybe it was the words in your post, such as: "Who the hell travels in 2016 and doesn't take hundreds of photos? Isn't that the whole point of modern travel?"
Most people do not travel for the purpose of taking photos. Some do, but most do not.
> It's not me who's justifying my need here, it's you my friend.
One doesn't "justify a need" to not do something. The default state is not to do something.
Don't be so defensive. You asked, I answered. If you choose to take that as a personal attack, that's on you. Seems to me you do have a bit to be defensive over, but maybe you're not as shallow and appearances-oriented as your posts make you out to be.
>>1151202
That wasn't even my post you shit biscuit. I'm not the guy you originally quoted. This is my post >>1151166
where I say that people have their own reasons to either take a lot or pictures, or no pictures. This means, and I'm explaning this since you're obviously a bit on the slow side, that people take travel photos for a variety of reasons, and it's okay to not take pictures at all, but this doesn't somehow make you a better traveler than persons who take a lot of pictures. You, however, can't argue against what I actually did write, so instead you hold me accountable for someone else's post, and then call me "defensive" when I call bullshit on that. I don't really know what to say to that.

Is that Austria? Can't believe it hasn't been filled in yet.
Everywhere I've been has already been filled in. Have some more Japan.
Bump guys, I like this thread.
