Arrived back from my trip to Toronto. I am amazed at how practically every corner downtown has beggars. Whats the deal with that? I didn't even see that many in New york.
times is tough, Canada has quite a bit of oil and the cost has been very low.

HOW COULD I FORGET YOU WALLY
I didn't get hassled too much when I was there in April. I had to dodge their slowly dying bodies on the street, especially since it snowed a few times when I was there.

Most of them do have homes, collect welfare and have good families, it's just seen as cool and easier than working. Honestly the "homeless" in Toronto are the worst kind of scum and you shouldnt give them a nickel. Bunch of trust fund babies.
They're bad in the US. The ACLU sued towns that had anti-panhandling ordinances, and the homeless people are back everywhere, clogging up intersections, sleeping on benches, drinking in public. That picture you posted >>1142492
sure does look like intentional street lifestyle, but I wouldn't be so sure they have trust funds, just that they like drugs and alcohol and lack of working as a choice. It doesn't help if they are dropouts. No one wants a person who didn't graduate high school in 2015. Maybe back in 1985 it was 30% of the workforce, but now? The majority has a college education, let alone a diploma. Early drug use leads to that kind of why bother to do fast food income and live with my parents, but not enough money to be independent and do illegal drugs so there ya go.

I make 50k as a high-school dropout. No it's not heaps of money but it kind of blows your theory out of the water.
