I am looking for small towns or villages in Netherlands suitable for 25-35 year olds. We want to be able to party and culture. We would prefer a summer town, small and picturesque. Where should we go?

If I were you I'd just go to Amsterdam and visit some nearby towns like Volendam, Monnickendam, Marken, Zaanse Schans, Naarden, towns along the river De Vecht, etc. Also cities like Utrecht and Haarlem are less than half an hour away and worth a visit.

Note: For partying in the cities summer is pretty much the worst time of the year, since every student will be on holiday or back to their parents. It's a great time for festivals though, you can find some here: https://www.djguide.nl/events.p/festivals?language=en
