What are you accessories, the ones you would never travel without? The little things that make life easier.
Just bought two anker external batteries. I had a shitty unbranded one my dad gave me that always crapped its pants and never worked. So I said fuck it, I like the concept but this thing is crap, and dropped bank on a 10,000 and a 3,330 Anker.
Otherwise small nailclippers, phone and charger, 2 bottles of water (I use metal.) Wool blanket if i have packroom.
I got a heavy Anker 20000 battery. Even if I don't run out of charge during the day, it's nice to use it in the hostel bed so I don't need to plug stuff in each night with people trying to sleep. It's useful to have the extra source so I've got much more leeway
It doesn't work for my iPod classic though, just my phone
In my backpack I always take some wet wipes, moisturiser, deodorant. Mostly pretty simple stuff, the battery is the only 'accessory' as such
I always bring a daypack so I figure I may as well take these things out each day

I never take more with me no matter how long the trip is.
A neck wallet like pic related (though there are much better options than that specific one) is an essential for me even though my girlfriend says it's for old men.

Do I have a problem? Yes. Am I going to let that stop me?

Couple of small things:
- Wet wipes. Always useful, especially on long trips.
- Burt's Bees muscle balm. It's a tiny pot, something like 10 grams, but damn has it been good. Carried a backpack all day, shoulders feel awful? This helps.
- Carmex lip balm. I get severely chapped lips, this is the only brand that has managed to help me. Good stuff.

Oh and:
- Ibuprofen 600mg. Or your choice of strong anti headache. No point not carrying some with you.
- Coffee pills 200mg. Jet lag isn't a problem anymore, nor is waking up st 4am to get stuff done. I keep them near me so that when I start to wake up I can pop one right away.
