So easy to move around, might as well add some different sized towns in Germany or head over to your other interests in europe.

Even if Berlin has much to offer, I think one week and a half are enough. You could use the other weeks to visit some cities which are nearby like Hamburg, Leipzig, Dresden, Krakow or Prague.

Why Are you going to Berlin to get a tattoo? just go to Frankfurt

Depends on your attitude to things. If you have an online job and rent a flat, you can do 3-4 years without a problem.

For me, yes. I was say do 5 days in Berlin (including tattoo time), then take the train to Poland, the Netherlands, Denmark, or Belgium for another 5 days. Then go to another city/country for another 5 days. That's 15 days out of 21 or 31 days.
