It was an experiment that clearly didn't work. In the last thread, most people posted waifus, and the dedicated husbando thread died even quicker. I'm only gay for, like, four male characters and only one of them is technically obscure. Despite the fact that I've posted hundreds of obscure waifus.

People don't like change. I advocated that people should be allowed to post humans in these threads as well, but that one guy went and spammed recipes to get that thread killed. So just stick with the goddamn formula.

I rarely move or regroup anything around on the lists since the sort buttons work wonders (despite having their own drawbacks), and this does occasionally lead to some funny pairings such as in Canines with Wanda from One Piece next to the blonde Angel Dog from that episode of American Dad, looking strangly similar in an East vs. West sort of way. And sometimes I'll binge research a series, leading to big chunks of related characters smack in the middle of a list, particularly when it's a big franchise with lots of characters like Arthur or Disney's duckverse.

Same here. When I find a new property I check for multiples. That's why I don't have Arthur yet. Knew there was more that just Molly but as you saw, it works out to 77 some females after throwing out the high and low ages. That's enough for a list by itself. (Slink however is apparently a male.)
Another case in point is Max and Ruby. I'm a completist but I'm never sure whether samefaces warrant inclusion beyond token examples.

Not that guy, but in Firefox I always just click Tools, then Page Info, then the Media tab in the little window that pops up and scroll down to the image I want and download from there. It seems like there should be an add-on to do the same, but I rarely come across the problem so I haven't bothered to look for one, and given that Firefox is such a memory hog I try to have only the essentials installed.
