I was watching a cinemasins video for "The Shallows" and that got me thinking, what would I want to see in a shark movie?
Something completely different to do with sharks, but might be doable on a slightly higher than low budget for a low budget film.
Then I realized I'm probably never going to get that kind of funding so I wrote this instead.

Hey man, thanks for the ref. I really wanted to draw her, and I was about to, then something god damn shitty happened.
I had this gorgeous drawing almost finished, of a feral raptor-/dragon-girl lying on a bed facing the camera with a super sultry predatory grin and a collar and leash. It was going to be kind of another tip of the hat to raptor-anon.
Been working on it for a few days ..it was turning out SO seductive and nice and good-looking. ..and then SAI crashed, and during my fervent attempt to salvage the situation, I managed to save over the file with a blank project/New Canvas. I tried to recover the file, but there was no way. (Ironically, if it had crashed completely, it would have been easy to recover.)
FUCK. You all would have loved it ;_;
..So this killed all my motivation, man.. I still want to draw your lizardgirl though, and probably will.

In a desperate try to rekindle some confidence and motivation, I made this struggling rushed attempt at a "scaly girl you'd want to jog with every morning" (which really just reaffirmed how pleb I am at colouring and shading).

Are you confident in your ability to make the armor? Because, even if it's desecration to make armor from its hide, you can at least inter or cremate the armor and remains as a sort of burial-by-proxy. If you fuck it up, it's an insult for not getting a craftsman capable enough.
