Neopets charged me 3 times last month, on the 12th, only to have Neo taking away my premium on the 17th, without any refund. I got two refunds on the 25th and got my premium back on the 27th. Today, as I login, I'm once again premium-less, even though I got charged on the 12th again.
Loads of bullshit tbqhwyfamalamazoid. I opened a ticket last month when I got triple charged and I never got an answer back on my tiket.

It's not fed because I've been quite busy with uni, also I'm a horrible person.

For what it's worth, there's an alternative to feeding your pets.
Every half an hour, you can visit the Healing Springs, & Marina will randomly make your active Neopet go to full HP & Bloated hunger.

Good if you're too lazy to use Movie Central or just feed your pets.

The Healing Springs can also randomly give you Healing Potions, which you can maybe sell for a few hundred NP sometimes.
