What if Jackie had found Bea? Would she have forgiven Mae? Jackie would most certainly have gone all out on attacking Mae in that instance, she thinks, and has good reason to believe, Mae is a bad person and influence on Bea.

Interesting to think about. Bea seemed to have mostly forgiven Mae by the time she found her though. She vented, but in the end I think she realized she had kind of fucked up by not cluing Mae in in the first place. Although, the morbid side of me wonders, Mae was really worried about Bea because she had just run off alone in the night in the city. Doesn't take a genius to figure out why she was worried about that, even if it is a college town.

What if Jackie found Bea, and Mae ran around looking for her until she ran into somewhere she shouldn't have been and got hurt? Would Bea be able to handle that?

Hey so I'm back from work, I'm eating before I start drawing, and I have questions (2):
• Since you can't explore 'all' the content in one playthrough, which hangouts/character involvement do you consider your canon? Like, which sequence do you consider to be the best interpretation of the game?
• What do you think each character's favorite food is?

For me, I think it'd be Fort Lucenne Mall, then the second hangout with Gregg. Gregg's woods and dinner with Bea are honestly a tossup because they both reveal a lot about the characters, and then Proximity last. The investigations I feel like could go either way as long as Angus is in there, and then the couch conversation with Bea.

I also believe that Mae would eat so much junk food and Gregg chugs energy drinks like it's the only thing keeping him going.

Ultimately they were just another pseudo-minigame, except they used the main game's platforming mechanics. They were definitely more of an artistic section, rather than a gameplay section. Loved them for the aesthetic and the music tho.

This is still one of my favorite pieces up till now. This was before when I thought that the last name Santello meant Saint; it's honestly kind of pretentious but initially I wanted some kind of traditional halo motif, where it's more of a circle than a physical ring, but with barbed wire instead, like in the Risk of Rain art. Holy and ethereal, but more rugged and urban, like, rose from concrete shit. I also wanted it to be high contrast too, with an actual glow, and along the way, the barbed wired ended up getting abstracted, cause I felt like fewer, strong points was more visually striking than lots of little barbs. I don't know that Darkest Dungeon's significance but I'm not ashamed to say I definitely took visual cues from it because the game's art style is cool asf.

I was looking through the full script and I think I found some cut content I have not seen anybody talk about.
