See a shrink. Seriously, depression is a very very broad spectrum of symptoms caused by many different things. It can be situational, it can be genetic predisposition, it can just be chemical imbalance.

All the 'life hack' advice you may get is no substitute to a actual fucking head doctor speaking with you. Talk to your general practitioner, see about getting a referral to a psychologist (the ones who do verbal therapy) or psychiatrist (the kind that chuck pills at you) for an evaluation. Either one is fine, if they think you need the other they will say so, so your not wasting your time getting the wrong kind of treatment.

Just a warning on this, once you start talking to a psychiatrist a large number of them will have no hesitations about throwing random pills at you whether you really need them or not.

I'm partial to an arrow that curves like it did in the trailer instead of the 500 health bludgeon that he has now, since I'm a fan of indirect fire and the only character that currently has it is a pile of hot garbage (and very rarely pharah).
