Well, I am not quite done with it yet. I keep trying to use images of raptor feet anatomy to try and draw the feet, but every time I try to draw the toes for the raptor they come out so EH. I think the raptor's claws are ok for now, but I want to improve them further than what they already are (and drawing anything with sharp bits in general, like teeth).

If only it were much more often. I'd be interested in seeing how a medieval dragon adjusts to living in a modern civil life as a maid/working for a human, but it's just another shitty fanservice SoL. Which really is a shame, because the manga at least attempts to see this idea (barely overall, but still some chapters), what with there being Order and Chaos dragons, and even a Knight character coming into the world.

You're starting to get the hang of that line dynamics thing I mentioned earlier, which is cool.
You have a nice thing going! See those hard guiding lines in the forelimbs and -claws? They make it look a bit steel wire-y, so you could probably erase them and draw in smoother limb and claw outlines instead. Also, see the two lines on the head? They've been your aid until now, but when finishing up a drawing, you could also clean it up a bit by erasing several of them.

Hmm.. Well, I often start with the spinal line so set the flow of the pose (at least that's what I recomment others to do!), but lately I've found myself starting directly with two circles, one depicting the upper chest/shoulders, the other depicting the hips/pelvis.
The proportional sizes of these circles do a lot in determining anatomy type, and will help your mind visualize the pose better.
Then I start sketching in smaller circles depicting where the limbs' distal joints are.
Hip-oval, shoulder-oval (and a super-simple temporary head-oval if doing a complex pose/perspective). Then maybe start with some basic, flowing body outline (if you feel like it). Then distal limb-joint-circles (for gross-anatomical purposes--just to map it out). Then continue sketching in more tentative tissue outlines.

Where in the pelvis, and chest do you tend to put the circles to connect the limbs to? Also, how much space do you put between both the chest, and the pelvis?

Hmm.. Well, when it comes to spacing, you can actually vary the precise proportions and placement of these rough guide-circles/ovals to a large degree, and it will still come out ok. (Actually, given smooth and flowing linework, the final product won't suffer as much because of slightly unrealistic anatomical discrepancies. ...and if someone adds lots of tiny intricate details, and then intricately colours and shades the whole thing.. Let me tell you, man .. people get away with the most CRAZY and obscene errors.. Ludicrously apparent in a very simple sketch, but hidden when there's lots of "eye-distracting" stuff.)

Anyway, I'm ranting, sorry..
Where do I connect the limbs to? Hmm, good question. I suggest you do the following:
After having established the core body architecture and pose using whatever guide-shapes and doodles you feel you need, add a light circle depicting where the second most proximal limb-joint will be (definitely most often, this will be either elbows or knees). Don't connect them to the body just yet. Then add another, smaller circle for the wrist/anke joint.
This is just to help your mind visualize how the limbs will be positioned compared to the body. There'll be some trial and error here, but there's no way around it.
After you've made some light and sketchy rings showing arm and leg placement (remember to vary the sizes here too--raptor knee-joints are far larger than their elbows, after all), then it should be easier to visualize where the humerus/femur connects to the body.
If this is still difficult, then work a bit more on the main body contour lines, and try again. (Often this helps with visualizing what place would make the connection look good.)
Bottom line: Raptor shoulders aren't that different from human shoulders. Only slightly more flush with the body.

It runs the course, mainly because Drakengard is a cool idea stuck in a terrible videogame and there are some pretty BS moments the game throws out at you.

Hmm.. Well, you seem to have found a way around hindclaws and foreclaws. I think the rest (concerning those) is mostly slowly easing into ways of drawing them using less and less guides. (Although this is highly individual; for some this never changes, and for others it just takes a long time. Don't rush stopping to use guide-shapes, but try to challenge yourself!)
You still have a bit of banana-body going on. I'd suggest you try upping the pelvis/shoulder ratio a bit more. (In theropods, the hips are comparatively larger and more powerful, remember.)
Also, there's the dynamic of the main body contour as it sweets across muscles, joints, bones, etc... This is a bit of next level stuff, but I think you can start considering it. What I mean is having more dynamic (more curved) lines along the underside of the belly and chest, a slight change where the neck attaches to the thorax, maybe even a slight change where the underside of the tail meets the pelvis, or the line going over far side of the pelvis bulging a little.

..Now, some of these things are anatomical (i.e. the belly/chest, the proximal neck), meaning that you simple have to-.. well, study theropod anatomy (or other scaly art), and "see" the basic shapes that the lines try to convey.
..Others (e.g. the dorsal line over the far pelvis) are more spatially intuitive (Since the perspective on this one is from slightly above, then you should probably see a slight bulge on the far side of its tailroot, due to the far thigh meeting the body there).
I think it's very bold of you to attempt such a perspective though. Very nicely done. (and the head is adorable! ..Just remember what I said about those lines atop its head. Ask yourself if they're really necessary, and feel free to experiment with them; erase or change or whatever.)
