I guess I just like artstyles that have realistic proportions and details but are stylized to resemble animated films and cartoons.

Continuous lines like this makes it look like the joint on a doll or robot almost. Try erasing the line at the top of the thigh-oval (softly, so that it fades away, then reappears gradually). This will "imply" a more proper 3D topology. This'll make it more like what the raptors' shoulders are like now.
Same thing with the jaw- and post-temporal lines separating the heads from the necks. There shouldn't be a sharp distinctive line there.

Now this is one of the major and important "line-tricks" you will get acquainted with (especially when drawing stylized stuff):
I don't know what to call it, but basically, in two-dimensional representations of anything that's adjoined (and joints are the perfect example here), you can tweak the line length and softness to depict how abrupt the "crease" at the adjoining points are.

See how I removed the upper parts of the guiding curves entirely? Looks a bit more like the outside of the thigh is flush with its body this way. (Would be a whole other matter between his legs, though. Lots of creases and folds there. No homo.)
Did the same thing with his foreleg too.

See how I added a little schwing to the anterior nook of the pelvic joint, though? Small curls and stuff like that can change how it looks drastically (CAREFUL when adding them, they can make stuff super weird if you're not certain they should be there).

Here's what I want you to do: Take that sketch you posted above, grab your eraser, and then start playing around with erasing parts of those circles, as well as those lines at the back of their heads. If you don't like how something turns out, just draw them in again! This'll be good to get a grip of the concept I'm trying to explain, I think.

spend some time studying and copying (but not tracing) some references: raptor skeletons, shit like raptors from jurassic park, and pictures other people have drawn of raptors

you should be looking for three things: the underlying structures (bones and muscle) that influence the shapes of the body parts, the shapes (forms) themselves, and the strategies other artists use for rendering those shapes

I can't be sure that this strategy will work for you (everybody's different), but it's what I do. Above all else, keep practicing and don't give up on it

Hmm.. Well, I often start with the spinal line so set the flow of the pose (at least that's what I recomment others to do!), but lately I've found myself starting directly with two circles, one depicting the upper chest/shoulders, the other depicting the hips/pelvis.
The proportional sizes of these circles do a lot in determining anatomy type, and will help your mind visualize the pose better.
Then I start sketching in smaller circles depicting where the limbs' distal joints are.
Hip-oval, shoulder-oval (and a super-simple temporary head-oval if doing a complex pose/perspective). Then maybe start with some basic, flowing body outline (if you feel like it). Then distal limb-joint-circles (for gross-anatomical purposes--just to map it out). Then continue sketching in more tentative tissue outlines.

Nice! Yeah it looks better. When it comes to smaller-scale anatomy like various types of hands/paws/claws and feet, things can get a bit difficult.
Look at references like that other anon said, and then play around doodling lots of feet and "hands" on a practice sheet. You'll get a good feel for it, and through it learn a lot of general things as well.
The bones are the most important. The soft tissue outlines are things you can play around with and erase to your heart's content, until you find lines you like.

You can feel that you're improving, right? Isn't it nice? Drawing is kind of like table-tennis: As you grow older, your naturally developing general intelligence makes you able to learn it from scratch quicker (barring motor-coordination faults), meaning that whenever you practice, you practice smarter, and become relatively skilled pretty fast. (..but then it takes a while to become -really- good..)
The real hurdle with learning how to draw, is when we grown-ups make something artistic, it becomes personal; we ascribe personal things to it, and pride. Thus we feel bad whenever it doesn't turn out good, or if others think it doesn't look good.
This can be real hard for many, and I don't blame them. It's nice to see you're just gunning onwards man!
