Clyde can still be a big nerd, but have him be more critical of the Ace Savvy comics. Lincoln tries to defend them but Clyde just stacks the deck and enjoys watching Lincoln backpedal. Clyde's smug in his own way because he's an armchair psychologist and does "smart" things like helping his dads do their taxes.

Have his sense of humor be more dry, so this can make him a straight man to Lincoln and his wacky family. Clyde suggests Lincoln not continue with a bad idea, and then he has a good one-liner whenever Lincoln has his walk of shame from his latest failed exploit.

Lincoln likes Clyde because he envies some of the perks that come with being an only child. So if there actually is a Casagrande spin off, would you watch it? Would it be as good as the Loud House, or is it doomed to crash and burn? What do you think it'd be like? Would it start with episodes like Ronnie getting used to her new school and making new friends there, or would it take place a little while after she's had a chance to get used to things?

Ronnie is showing up in at least two future Loud House episodes, so I have the hunch they might sometimes substitute scenes where Lincoln talks to the audience with scenes where Linc talks with Ronnie on vid-chat to either discuss the problem Linc's having in the episode or the resolution to the episode (the pie thing seems like it'd go at the end of Fool's Paradise after Linc manages to go the whole day without getting pranked.)

Similarly, Ronnie would probably talk to Lincoln over vid-chat a fair bit on her show, that way they can both promote each other.

If there was a Casagrande spinoff, would their threads be on their own generals, or would they still be considered Loud House material anyways?

Savino worked out a great recipe for doing a successful kids' cartoon that makes you laugh, think and feel. If the Casagrande spinoff occurs this is one thing they'll need to make sure happens with the new writing crew, assuming they're not made up from current TLH writers. One notable point in "Relative Chaos" is when Ronnie Anne suffers the indignity of the cake splat/dog cowlick. Clyde (and to a lesser extent Lincoln's other friends) seem to suffer the same problem Alphonzo and Ferguson from Star Vs and Candy and Grenda from Gravity Falls suffer from. Because they're friends, it makes sense for them to have the same interests and temperaments as the main friend, and to get along generally well. But conflict is what drives stories, and clashing personalities is what people like to see, so ultimately these friend characters lack chemistry to the main character and so wind up being uninteresting.

For an example, look at Recess. Even though they're friends with the main character, they're also main characters themselves, so more work was put into them having interesting interacts and conflicts with each other. You have a big gentle kid, an aggressive kid, an intelligent kid, etc.

Lincoln's friends aren't diverse, they'll all just a bunch of nerdy dorks. It's Lincoln's sisters who are diverse, which is why everyone wants to see more of them instead of Lincoln's friends.

Incestfaggotry aside, people like Lynn with Linc because she is more aggressive than Linc and has a contrasting personality and interests. If you took Lynn, and made her a black boy and replaced Clyde with her, people would have liked the new black kid better.

Generally speaking, 12:00pm to 4:00pm was when traffic picked up, 4:00pm to 8:00pm were straight nonstop shitpost hours, 8:00pm to 2:00am were comfy times, 2:00am to 6:00am was the later night shift which was a surreal mix of comfy and depressing, and 6:00am to 12:00pm were boring ass morning hours.
