Not him, but I think there is a difference between what you are suggesting.
People were worried their votes were being thrown away. Two themes were neck and neck for hours so every vote counted. It was crazy, even Discord was lit talking about the race.
When the person said what they said everyone got pissed because they thought their votes were disregarded. It wasnt anger about their theme not winning, it was anger about their vote not counting.

The last page is a little quick paced in the dialogue, but considering this is a nsfw comic (if I understood right) one can be lenient on these things.
On the art, nothing to say, beautiful colouring and shadowing. One little point, if I can, be careful with Nick's eyes, the irises and the pupils. In panel 2 and 4 he is looking at Judy but, since you have drawn the full iris, it seems like he is looking a little above her, giving him a strange expression.
But it is a little detail, especially compared to the beauty of the rest of the drawing. Continue like this RobC
