I didn't design it with that in mind, but according to her the curve and knot-like bulge below the crown does keep it pretty stationary.

Oh heavens no. The gimmick I use to sell my toys is that a large number of them aren't sculpted by me, average dude that I am.

They're instead sculpted by attractive theater girls and guys that I know from my photography work.

They sculpt the dick based on what they like or find attractive, I then smooth over any rough spots as best I can.

The models get to keep a copy of their sculpt, yes. The molds are then reused to sell copies to other people, with the models receiving a cut of the profit since it is their design and image that is selling the thing.

If the mold is made out of silicon, what do you pour into it to make the toy? By my understanding, wet silicon fuses to dry silicon, so pouring wet silicon into the mold would just create a solid block of silicon.

You are correct, silicon will just fuse on silicon, it's why you never want to use silicon-based lube on a silicon toy. However, there is stuff like Ease Release. Just spray on the mold before pouring in the silicon that's meant to become the toy.
